Step 1: Press the home button of Apple Watch that is located on the right side.

Step 2: Tap on the Activity app from the menu.

Step 4: You’ll see the move goal with the number of calories that needs to be burned in a day. There will be a plus (+) sign to increase and minus (-) sign to decrease the calorie count, along with it.
